RETURNS

 

We gladly accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund. If you have any questions about your product or return, we are here to help. 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed & have all original sale tags intact.

• All returns must include original invoice. 

• Items marked down or on sale may not be returned or exchanged. 

• We do not accept returns for swimwear, underwear, bras, used or damaged items.

• Refunds can take between 7 to 14 business days to be credited back to payment method.

NOTE: Please contact us before returning any merchandise.  By placing an order with ROKAISO, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to ROKAISO. If returned item(s) fails to meet return policy, ROKAISO will not accept the return.

EXCHANGES

 

We do not allow for exchange of merchandise at this time.
